We are proud to offer a true lifestyle opportunity.

The property

16 acres of this 26 acre property is cleared or lightly timbered, the rest of the land is picturesque bushland with granite formations.  The one bedroom western red cedar cottage is set well back from the very quiet bitumen road to enjoy the peaceful & picturesque surroundings.

Two reliable dams service the property.  One dam is ideally positioned to efficiently catch run off from the  undulating land, the second dam is spring fed.

Conveniently located a short 15 minute drive to Stanthorpe (all bitumen) in the popular tourist Granite Belt Winery region.

Ravens Croft Wines

Mark Ravenscroft is a master in the craft of winemaking.  Mark released his first wines in 2004 & opened the cellar door which is still a favourite stop for tourists today.  Ravens Croft wines are renowned for quality.  The well respected brand supplies prestigious restaurants, the QLD Parliament, Governor General's office & loyal wine club customers.

Mark is committed to ensure the ongoing success of his brand.  He will offer full training & support to his successors for an extended period of time.

The Vineyard & Winery

2.5 acres of cultivation provides most of the grapes needed for current production.  Mark has long standing relationships with a select few local growers who supply him with grapes as needed.  These growers have been approached & will continue to supply Ravens Croft wines in the future.

A large american barn houses everything needed to produce quality wines on site.  All equipment & plant is included in the sale.  Detailed information of the vineyard, wine-making equipment, business operations & financials are available on request.  Excludes wine stock.

Cellar-door

The timber cottage, built in 2004, is divided into a one bedroom residence & a cellar-door for wine tasting & wine sales.  The intimate cellar-door is warmed by a fireplace, with views of the surrounding vines.  Guests can choose to enjoy wine tasting on the deck or at the inside bar area.  There is a guest toilet, lounge area, cellar kitchen, glass washer, display cabinet & wine racks.

Farm Equipment

Colour bond machinery shed for tractor & farm equipment.

Included in the sale is all you need to maintain the crops & farm.  John Deer tractor, fan forced spray unit, 5 ft slasher, carry all, weed spray unit & various tools, whipper snipper etc.

The future of Ravens Croft Wines

Whether you are looking for an income producing lifestyle opportunity or looking to value add on a quality established business Ravens Croft is worth considering.

There is genuine opportunity to expand the current facility to include cabin accommodation, a restaurant, event venue or increase wine production. There is the potential to more than double current cultivation.  The spring fed dam is of the quality to produce spirits or establish a brewery.
