As your agent we will be relentless in our efforts to find the buyer that will pay the most for your property.   Our proven marketing is at no cost to you & includes:

Professional photography by Blue Diamond.  Visually showcasing your property online, at its very best, is imperative.  Click for information on preparing for photography.

A listing on the most powerful marketing platform

Digital brochure emailed to Real Estate Australia's database.

Targeted, paid social media campaign.  We have a team member dedicated to effective social media marketing.

Direct photo calls to all current buyers.

Dedicated webpage to your property.

Property lawn sign with QR Code linking to a property webpage.  Not appropriate for all properties.

Warwick Lifestyle Property uses print media, radio advertising & letterbox drops regularly.

The only charge to our customers is commission, paid at time of settlement.  If a property does not sell, there are no agency fees.  All promotion, photography, signage & marketing is included in the commission fee of 3.3% of the sale price (including GST).


There are agents offering a cheaper commission rate.  There are agencies that charge extra for advertising, signage etc.  If your preference is a lower commission rate over achieving the highest sale price, we may not be the agency for you.

Exclusive or Open Listing

An exclusive listing is usually for a period of 90 days - in this time you are contracted to work with one agency.  An open listing allows you to work with one agent but the freedom to consider other options as there is no "lock in" period.  We prefer open listings to ensure our customers do not miss opportunities.
